New Hellraiser Movie Finds a Director
In “movies that were fine to begin with and should be left alone” news, final negotiations have begun on hiring director Pascal Laugier (Martyrs) to direct the “reimagining” of Hellraiser. Dimension Films has been restless trying to get this relaunch made.
“This is a dream project for me,” Laugier said. “I know Clive Barker’s work very well, and I would never betray what he has done. Fans are expecting a definitive ‘Hellraiser,’ and I don’t want to take that away from them.”
